who said that women can not go anywhere? i can. sempu island became my first footstep for adventure.


#PART01 friday, July 22th 2011


Dewo and I were traveling together. he is my old friend from senior high school. another people who joined us are Deky, Imam, and Seto. from all those names, i was the only girl, Exactly (actually?). some of us have been there last week. So, its easier that we have a guide. Sempu island is located in Turen, South of Malang. there was a problem before going. Dewo could not ride his broken bike. that's why i have to drive my car ALONE. LOL. never mind even though i will get tired, i have to advance. they are kind people, greeting(?), powerful(?), and love traveling like me. 3 of them are Imam, Deky and Seto, whom i jus met and knew each other. imam has many experience in hiking, almost all mountains in Java he has ever hiked. Deky is an adventurous man who has reached Arjuno Welirang. And Suto has the same experience as Deky. We made an appointment to meet in Bratang terminal(station?). After breaking(briefing?) and small meeting , we started our journeys. 


There was a funny story when we arrived in Malang, the guides, Suto and Deky, got lost, suddenly they forgot the road . it supposed that after 3-4 hours we should have arrived in Sendang Biru. But we made it far away, until Lumajang. After asking some local people, we had to go back at THE FIRST POINT. #Damn. it took about 1 hour, so, if combined with the lost time, we spent 2 hours without nothing along the way. That local people made me under pressure, because I am the driver which has no full energy again. #SECOND DAMN.  But never mind, i have to do that, "you can do it Tyas", I always cheer myself up. #SAD


Finally........Filnally........... arrived in Sendang Biru. 


11pm. Sendang Biru location. we parked the car and some of us cooked foods. For me, I slept. #OH GOD it was horrible tragedy.
